5 to 10 year primary residence commitment based on amount of loan, deferred loan – forgiven provided no default  – $19,999.00 and below forgives 20% per year, 5 year period, – $20,000.00 and above forgives 10% per year over 10 year period provided there is no default

Yes, based on Compliance Income (including household income) Income limits from HUD 2022 120% AMI guidelines Must have a total gross family income that does not exceed 120 percent of the area median income for Escambia County adjusted for family size.

Maximum Assistance

$32,500 City of Pensacola SHIP funds eligible up to $25,000 based on income level. Escambia County SHIP funds available up to $7,500 for income eligible borrowers for down payment and closing cost assistance. Assistance is provided in the form of a five-year forgivable loan
