Maximum Assistance
$32,500 City of Pensacola SHIP funds eligible up to $25,000 based on income level. Escambia County SHIP funds available up to $7,500 for income eligible borrowers for down payment and closing cost assistance. Assistance is provided in the form of a five-year forgivable loan
