Yes, based on Compliance Income (including household income) Income limits from HUD 2022 50% AMI guidelines Income cannot exceed 120% AMI for the Program; however, the assistance for this income category has already been met and the Program is now only providing assistance to the 50% AMI income category so this is the income category that is currently reflected in our program model.

Maximum Assistance

$50,000 A second mortgage note and lien of up to $50,000.00 will be available through a deferred payment loan agreement with a required lien for the assistance (no interest, no payments).

Homebuyer Orientation is conducted by our grant administrators and provides information about how NSP3 purchase assistance may help you buy a home through this program. Orientations will be scheduled as needed. Please contact our office at (352) 540-4338 for information.
