$2,125 Other Native Tribal members can use the program, but only who are currently residing and are purchasing within the CPN jurisdiction, ,be within the current HUD 80% AMI income limits, and 60 years or older. Tribal members may qualify for up to $2,125 for down payment and closing cost assistance.
