Limitations
The City of Fort Myers recommends that you have a home inspection conducted prior to purchasing any home. Property must be one made available by the city- https://cityftmyers.com/1656/NSP-Properties-for-Sale. Please note that before you can visit an NSP home in person, you must go through the NSP application process through one of the housing agencies approved by Lee County to manage the NSP application process. NSP homes are located in the city limits. Qualified homebuyers will be matched up with a single family home in one of these locations: Central Fort Myers, Dunbar-Bellvue, and East Fort Myers
