Maximum Assistance

20% of Purchase Price up to $20,000 The down payment assistance grant cannot exceed 20% of the purchase price and closing costs, up to a maximum of $20,000. Previous grant participants who received the former max assistance amount of $10,000, may be eligible to receive the difference ($10,000) for the purchase of a new home.

Education Requirements Info:

First time homebuyer applicants are required to complete a homebuyer education program to learn about homeownership responsibilities prior to receiving the grant.
