Limitations
Buyer must be a first-time home buyer. Any applicant who is delinquent on child support or alimony payment, in violation of any valid court order or judgement will be denied SHIP assistance. Applicant who receive awards are not eligible to apply for any additional SHIP assistance strategies. except SHIP approved disaster assistance. Anyone who previously received purchase or rehabilitation assistance is ineligible to apply.

$25,000 Assistance Amount varies and is based on income categories served – Up to: $25,000 for Very Low income (50% AMI) $20,000 for Low income (80% AMI) $15,000 for Moderate income (120% AMI)
