Limitations

All applications must be MAILED with the required supporting documents to: Government Services Group, Inc., (Attn: James Moseley), P.O. Box 357995, Gainesville, FL 32635-7995. Please call Government Services Group at 850-681-3717 for assistance. Applications will not be processed until we receive a letter of approval from a 1st mortgage lender qualifying you for a mortgage and have an accepted purchase contract. Buyer must be a first-time home buyer. (Homebuyers may not have claimed homestead exemption in the last three years.) Applicants are limited to one-time assistance under the SHIP Program.
