Limitations
Buyer must be a first-time home buyer. All applicants are required to attend Virtual Mandatory Orientation facilitated by HED, prior to submittal. Applications will not be reviewed if proof of orientation attendance is not provided.

Maximum Assistance
$105,000 Funding up to $105,000 will be available to income eligible first-time homebuyers for purchase assistance with or without rehabilitation or new construction. The SHIP funds will be awarded to assist with gap financing, lot acquisition, down payment, rehabilitation of the the unit to be purchased and closing costs.
