Applicants must apply themselves directly with Jay Moseley of Government Service Group. Homeowners are eligible for assistance through Taylor County Housing Programs ONE time. Mobile homes are not eligible. Homes must have been constructed prior to 2010 to be eligible for the program.

NOTE: Our program model will reflect the highest of the limits (120% AMI). SHIP income limits are supplied by Florida Housing Finance Corporation annually.
